Not yet: enrollment opens dietitian by dietitian. The $600-a-month plan is standard on CognitiveMind.ai, and the two registered dietitians who may see patients in Ohio can open it once their monthly program is set up.
Whether you are in Cleveland or a long way from it, the four sessions happen by video, at times shown in your own time zone.
Bring whatever you are working on, whether skin & hair nutrition, weight management & GLP-1, diabetes, heart health and kidney disease; the plan is shaped around it and revised each week.
The first step is one $140 visit; the monthly plan follows when it is open with your dietitian, and chat and call support come with it. Ohio licenses dietitians, and the plan is only ever run by one who may practise here.
Ohio’s three big metros have strong hospital systems; Appalachian southeast Ohio has very few dietitians.
Ohio is on Eastern Time. Visit times are always shown in your own time zone.
There is no single best dietitian, only the right one for what you need. Five things worth checking, whoever you end up seeing:
Check the credential. Look for RD or RDN. It means an accredited degree, a supervised internship and a national exam. In many states anyone may call themselves a “nutritionist”.
Check they may practise in Ohio. Ohio licenses dietitians, so the person you see must hold that state licence. Ask for it, or ask us. What matters is the state where YOU are sitting during the visit, not where the dietitian is.
Match the specialty. Ask what share of their patients have your condition. Someone who sees diabetes or gut conditions every day will get you further, faster.
Know the price first. You should see the full price before you book, and what happens if you cancel. If you cannot, keep looking.
Ask about between visits. Most of the change happens between appointments. Find out whether you can message your dietitian and how quickly they answer.
Step 1
Choose a dietitian and a slot that suits you. The price is on the screen before you confirm.
Step 2
Join from your phone or computer. Your first visit is 60 minutes: history, goals, and a plan you can actually follow.
Step 3
Message your dietitian, keep your plan in one place, and book follow-ups when you need them.
