Where it can run

What is included in the Personalized Care Plan?

Each month includes four things, all with the same registered dietitian.

  • A 60-minute video session every week

Four sessions in each 30-day month, booked at times that suit you and shown in your own time zone.

  • A personal plan, adjusted week by week

Built from your history, your goals and how your week actually went, then changed as you learn what works.

  • Chat support between sessions

Send your dietitian a question through secure messaging in your account instead of saving it for next week.

  • Call support when you need it

When something is easier to talk through than to type, your dietitian can call you.

How much does it cost, and how does billing work?

  • From $600 a month ($750 a month with Jacob Dowling), self-pay, paid online by card. One month is 30 days from the day you pay.
  • Each month is its own payment. Nothing renews or is charged on its own: if you want another month, you can buy it during the last seven days of the current one, and it starts when the current month ends.
  • The four sessions belong to the month you paid for and are booked inside its 30 days.
  • The plan is not billed to insurance.

How do I start?

Choose a dietitian and pay for the month online, or meet them first with one $140 visit.

  3. Step 3

    Book your weekly sessions

Book your four 60-minute sessions inside the month. Prefer to meet first? Start with one $140 visit instead.
