Every dietitian listed here may see patients located in Colorado. Visits are by secure video, so it makes no difference where in the state you are.
Colorado issues no state licence for this work, so none of our providers is licensed there. Colorado does not require a state licence for nutrition counselling by a credentialed registered dietitian via telehealth (C.R.S. §6-1-707 (HB25-1220 vetoed 2025-05-23)). Services are nutrition counselling, not medical treatment; no one here uses the “licensed dietitian” or “certified dietitian” title.

Colorado Springs has dietitians, but getting to one usually means a referral, a wait, and half a day out. A video visit takes the hour it takes. Along the Front Range a dietitian is easy to find; on the Western Slope and the eastern plains the nearest office may be hours away.
That includes Fountain, Monument, Manitou Springs, Pueblo and the rest of El Paso County: one visit, from wherever in Colorado you happen to be.
Colorado is on Mountain Time. Visit times are always shown in your own time zone.
There is no single best dietitian, only the right one for what you need. Five things worth checking, whoever you end up seeing:
Check the credential. Look for RD or RDN. It means an accredited degree, a supervised internship and a national exam. In many states anyone may call themselves a “nutritionist”.
Check the credential especially carefully in Colorado. Colorado has no state licence or certification for dietitians, so anyone may use the word “nutritionist” here. The national RD or RDN credential is the only thing that tells you they are qualified. What matters is the state where YOU are sitting during the visit, not where the dietitian is.
Match the specialty. Ask what share of their patients have your condition. Someone who sees diabetes or gut conditions every day will get you further, faster.
Know the price first. You should see the full price before you book, and what happens if you cancel. If you cannot, keep looking.
Ask about between visits. Most of the change happens between appointments. Find out whether you can message your dietitian and how quickly they answer.
Step 1
Choose a dietitian and a slot that suits you. The price is on the screen before you confirm.
Step 2
Join from your phone or computer. Your first visit is 60 minutes: history, goals, and a plan you can actually follow.
Step 3
Message your dietitian, keep your plan in one place, and book follow-ups when you need them.
