One registered dietitian, by video from home in Linton Hall, month by month: the Personalized Care Plan is four 60-minute video sessions, one a week, with support between sessions, from $600 a month. No referral, no insurance paperwork, one dietitian who gets to know you, and a plan built around your schedule. Choose your dietitian and pay for the month online once their enrollment is open, or meet them first with one $140 first visit.
Monthly plan · From $600 / month
Jacob Dowling, RD, CDCES and Dr. Ambily Kushal, RD, MS, PhD offer it to patients in Virginia, with enrollment opening on each dietitian’s profile once the monthly program is in place. The plan is $750 a month with Jacob and $600 a month with Ambily, for four weekly 60-minute video sessions, a personal plan adjusted as you go, and chat and call support in between.
What Jacob works on: prediabetes, injury recovery, nutrition coaching, sports nutrition, healthy habits and diabetes. A month on the plan gives whichever of those you came for a full hour every week.
Every week on the plan is a full hour with Ambily on whatever brought you, from heart disease, gut health, weight loss, thyroid health, diabetes and PCOS.
Because every session is a video call, Arlington, Virginia Beach and Richmond and the rest of Virginia are equally close; you only need to be in the state when you join.
The plan is standard on CognitiveMind.ai, so the six other registered dietitians who may see patients in Virginia can offer it as their enrollment opens; between them they cover skin & hair nutrition, weight management & GLP-1, diabetes, heart health and kidney disease.
Until enrollment opens, the way in is a single visit. Single visits with Jacob or Ambily can be booked today at $140 each, weekly if you like, and the plan follows on each dietitian’s profile once the monthly program is in place. No Virginia licence is needed for a registered dietitian to counsel you by telehealth under Va. Code §§54.1-2730, 54.1-2731; the RD or RDN credential is the qualification your plan runs on.
Every dietitian listed here may see patients located in Virginia, so you can see them from home in Linton Hall. Each card shows what they work on.
Virginia issues no state licence for this work, so none of our providers is licensed there. Virginia does not require a state licence for nutrition counselling by a credentialed registered dietitian via telehealth (Va. Code §§54.1-2730, 54.1-2731). Services are nutrition counselling, not medical treatment.

Virginia protects the title but does not license dietitians, so the national RD or RDN credential is what tells you they are qualified. What matters is the state where YOU are sitting during the visit, not where the dietitian is.
Step 1
Choose a dietitian and a slot that suits you. The price is on the screen before you confirm.
Step 2
Join from your phone or computer. Your first visit is 60 minutes: history, goals, and a plan you can actually follow.
Step 3
Message your dietitian, keep your plan in one place, and book follow-ups when you need them.
